Firehouse Hot Cheddar

The Firehouse Cheddar is a yellow cheese that starts out smooth and cramy with a lot of flavor. It has a nice delayed heat and is about a 6 - 7 on a scale of 1 - 10 with ten being the most hot. This cheese is great in scrambled eggs or on a steak.
