We specialize in imported and domestic cheeses. We make our own homemade savory cheese spreads including: Garlic, Horseradish, Bacon, Jalapeño, Smokey Jalapeño, Fiery Jalapeño, and Creamy Blue Cheddar. In store we create our delicious sweet specialty flavored cheeses including: Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Strawberry, and Blueberry cheese.
FIGURINESPIEL
The 74-foot Figurinespiel Tower located at the Frankenmuth Cheese Haus tells “The World of Cheese,” an animated story about cheese making across Europe and the U.S. The story features five children and their pets from around the world, sharing their stories about their countries and some fun facts about the cheeses produced there. Characters include: Sophie from Holland with her duck Lottie; Mario from Italy with his goat Gina; Jacob from Germany with his pig Otto and his rabbit Peter; Anna from Ireland with her lamb Molly and her dog Finn; and Michael from Frankenmuth with his cow Betsey. The ten-minute-long story includes country-specific music and interactive moments with the audience geared to young and old guests alike. The story is told at 9am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm daily.
