Rooted in our “Little Bavaria” spirit, Chef Jason brings a festive flair to every plate—think seasonal ingredients, Old-World comfort, and modern craft. He’s known for crowd-pleasing pairings (yes, cheese lovers—he speaks fluent cheddar, brie, and blue), and for turning tastings into mini celebrations. Chef Jason is also an ACF Certified Executive Chef and a Level One Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, blending culinary mastery with refined wine and cheese pairing expertise.
