He’s known for crowd-pleasing pairings (yes, cheese lovers—he speaks fluent cheddar, brie, and blue), and for turning tastings into mini celebrations. Chef Jason is also an ACF Certified Executive Chef and a Level One Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, blending culinary mastery with refined wine and cheese pairing expertise. We ship UPS anywhere within the USA. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to receive the best possible products, therefore we only ship perishable items Monday through Wednesday to allow products to arrive prior to the weekend. If overnight delivery is requested these orders can be completed through Thursday.
