This Danish Blue Cheese is a semi-soft cow's milk cheese, aged for an average of 10 weeks for its complex flavor. It has a compact, moist texture with indigo veins, and a milder flavor than Roquefort. Enjoy it crumbled over a salad, spread on crackers or served on a cheese platter with apples and pears.
We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure the freshness of your product. Please note that due to extreme heat temperatures in summer, some shipments may be delayed.

We ship UPS anywhere within the USA. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to receive the best possible products, therefore we only ship perishable items Monday through Wednesday to allow products to arrive prior to the weekend. If overnight delivery is requested these orders can be completed through Thursday.
