All of our aged cheddars come from expert cheese makers in Wisconsin. Availability in years & color may vary.

We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure the freshness of your product. Please note that due to extreme heat temperatures in summer, some shipments may be delayed.

Orders that contain multiple addresses will need to be placed separately at this time.

Shipping Information

We ship UPS anywhere within the USA. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to receive the best possible products, therefore we only ship perishable items Monday through Wednesday to allow products to arrive prior to the weekend. If overnight delivery is requested these orders can be completed through Thursday.

The cheese in my order is untested as it is a Christmas gift. I visited the Cheese Haus in October and bought cheese for my husband. As he finished he said I’d have to visit again.

Aged Cheese Selection

Exceptional selection of aged cheeses, specialty crackers, spreads and vintage brand carbonated beverages. Excellent 6-year yellow cheddar, Denmark Havarti Dill, Truffle Kid, Caraway Jack, Lacey Baby Swiss, Pinconning Extra Sharp, Onion/Garlic and Cranberry Orange Cheddar. A must stop!
