Red Fox is aged for 16 months, resulting in a complex flavor that is both sweet and savory, with a hint of nuttiness and caramel. The cheese also boasts a unique crunch from the development of calcium lactate crystals during the maturation process. Its smooth and sharp taste is accompanied by a creamy texture and long-lasting flavor.

We ship UPS anywhere within the USA. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to receive the best possible products, therefore we only ship perishable items Monday through Wednesday to allow products to arrive prior to the weekend. If overnight delivery is requested these orders can be completed through Thursday.
