Ricotta Salata Pecorino
The words 'Ricotta' means re-cooked and 'Salata' means salted. Ricotta Salata is an Italian cheese made from the whey part of sheep milk, which is pressed, salted, and aged for at least 90 days. It is milky white in color with a firm texture and salty taste. The cheese is often used in salads and is ideal for slicing, crumbling, and grating.

We ship UPS anywhere within the USA. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to receive the best possible products, therefore we only ship perishable items Monday through Wednesday to allow products to arrive prior to the weekend. If overnight delivery is requested these orders can be completed through Thursday.
