Michigan-Made Beer Gouda

Creamy, Malty, Pure Michigan Comfort

Crafted in Michigan, this Beer Gouda brings together the mellow richness of Gouda with the warm, malty character of beer. Gouda is naturally known for its smooth texture and mild, buttery flavor, while beer-style Goudas add a distinctive malty depth that makes the cheese especially satisfying.

The first bite is creamy and approachable, followed by gentle nutty sweetness and a savory maltiness that lingers on the finish. It’s rich without being overpowering—an easygoing cheese with enough character to keep you slicing.

Tasting Notes:
Creamy · Buttery · Malty · Mildly Nutty · Savory Finish

(Basically, happy hour in cheese form.)

Perfect Pairings:

• Serve with pretzels, roasted nuts, mustard, or crusty bread
• Melt onto burgers, bratwurst, grilled sandwiches, or baked potatoes
• Cube it up for a Michigan-inspired charcuterie board
• Pair with a brown ale, amber lager, dunkel, or your favorite Michigan craft beer—malt-forward beers are particularly natural partners for Gouda.

Why We Love It:
Because beer and cheese were already great friends—this Gouda simply made it official. Creamy enough for easy snacking, flavorful enough for a standout cheese board, and proudly Michigan-made.
