All products are shipped at the customer’s risk and once the order/parcel is taken by the shipment company, Frankenmuth Cheese Haus assumes NO responsibility for shipment delays and damage by the Third-Party Shipment Vendor. We will work on your behalf to resolve any shipment issues with the shipment company used for your order if there is a delivery issue.
We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure the freshness of your product.
Orders that contain multiple address will need to be placed separately at this time.
Shipping Information
We ship UPS anywhere within the USA. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to receive the best possible products, therefore we only ship perishable items Monday through Wednesday to allow products to arrive prior to the weekend. If overnight delivery is requested these orders can be completed through Thursday.
