Crafted from pasteurized goat’s milk and aged for over 60 days, each wheel of Dorothea is gently nurtured with carefully adjusted humidity and temperature, developing a nutty, savory flavor with a firm, creamy body and a whisper of earthiness that feels like a walk through a Dutch countryside.
And yes — it’s rare. Only 4,000 wheels are produced each year. This is limited-edition goat cheese greatness.

We ship UPS anywhere within the USA. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to receive the best possible products, therefore we only ship perishable items Monday through Wednesday to allow products to arrive prior to the weekend. If overnight delivery is requested these orders can be completed through Thursday.
