We love this goat cheese! Honey Bee is made in the Netherlands from pasteurized goat's milk, with a drizzle of honey added to the pure goat milk producing a cashew-like nutty sweetness. It has a light nutty flavor with a hint of sweetness, like honey-roasted cashews. Aged for six months, Honey Bee is full of flavor, but neither too strong nor too salty. Its smooth texture makes it easy to slice or cube.
